Since 2018 Croptix has been working hard with California growers screening commercial citrus trees for HLB. We are excited to say that we are on target to have 50,000 trees screened in California by the end of September this year. These efforts include nearly 250,000 individual leaves scanned across many commercial varieties including San Joaquin Valley oranges and mandarins to coastal and desert lemons. With this increasing level of data points our team has refined our sensors and methods to work better in each producing region. Croptix will continue to expand testing and help growers stay vigilant to keep HLB from taking hold of commercial citrus!
